Concession Stand Helpers

We have the game schedules and now know what days we need to get covered in the Concession Stand.  Please get in touch with Monique and let her know you are an approved volunteer and have her schedule you in a time slot.

You can reach Monique at 425-350-1989 or camandmolewis@gmail.com.  Thanks for helping.

FIELD ISSUES
Posted Apr 11, 2014

It has been brought to our attention that there are a few issues that need to be addressed.  The first one is dogs at the ball parks.  This is something that we cannot allow.  There are too many safety issues that come with this and it's best to leave your dogs at home.

The second is Phil Johnson Ball fields have very strict rules about their park.  There are no sunflower seeds, shelled peanuts or gum in the dugouts or the spectator stands.  This rule is due to the type of fields they have and the difficulty getting those objects out of the field should the wind blow it that direction.

Managers have these rules in their binders and we need them to reinforce these rules to allow us to continue to use their parks.

Managers need to make sure the visiting teams are also following these rule and enforce them when necessary.

Volunteer ID Badge Enforcement

Games are now going on and you must have and be wearing your ID Badge to be on the field or working with the players.  If you are not in posession of your badge you will be removed from the field.  Putting the safety of our players first is a priority.

If you still need to get your ID Badge, complete the Volunteer form and send a current head shot to the address below.  They would like your photo to be in jpg format and they will need your phone number so they can contact you if there is a problem with your photo.  Please also add the additional information so they can make your badge.

Name, Team and your Volunteer Position.

Badges will be released when they are finished and approved by our Safety Officer.  Managers will be notified when they can come pick these up at the Clubhouse once they are completed.
